    The theme of the week

    IT'S TIME TO DISCONNECT

When we say "disconnection", we quickly think of the "right to disconnect", this principle integrated into French law according to which an employee has the right not to be connected to professional digital tools outside working hours.

But disconnection can also be "taking a break", to better reconnect to oneself and to the space around us, during work time.

Today, we want to talk to you about initiatives and techniques to invite disconnection in the workplace, to better live it on a daily basis.

    It inspires us

“The health context has highlighted the consequences of work-related stress on our mental health. For those lucky enough to work from home, the encroachment of work on our personal lives has further blurred the lines between the two. In fact, working from home has shown us that a sustainable working life must include spaces for physical and mental health throughout the day." - Office Of Things

✍️ WHAT ALLOWS YOU TO DISCONNECT?

For Sarah, our Associate Director: "I disconnect during the lunch break, when we tell each other what happened in Koh Lanta the day before".
