    EXPRESS GRATITUDE

Give yourself a few moments for a rewarding practice: keeping a gratitude journal .

Whether it's when you wake up or when you go to bed, take the time to write down three things to be grateful for . This habit can help you better appreciate your surroundings, improve your sleep, and increase your level of happiness.

During a break during the day, try to replace time spent on social media or reading the news with a moment of gratitude , ideally surrounded by nature . This break can refocus your mind and boost your mood.

Give yourself the opportunity to try, you might not want to do without it!

THE PODCAST "The big shift! Ecology" by Xavier Seux
Episode: Sustainable tourism with Guillaume Jouffre, co-founder of GreenGo, the 1st eco-responsible accommodation platform in France.

In this episode, Guillaume explains to us the crucial importance of sustainable tourism in the current context.

France being the most visited country in the world, tourism represents 7% of GDP and 2 million jobs . Faced with the objectives of sustainable development of the UN and the Paris agreements, it is essential to reorient this activity towards sustainable tourism.

He points out that 77% of tourism's impact comes from transportation, of which 40% is attributable to air travel . He therefore encourages us to travel more locally and avoid seaside destinations where human overpopulation destroys ecosystems.

An enriching experience for all those wishing to switch to tourism that is more respectful of our environment.
