Swile offers a wide range of services ranging from restaurant vouchers to the management of expense reports. Composed of a passionate, curious and creative team , called " swilers ", the brand was looking for offices that would reflect their personality .

The choice of space

Morning.fr , a company specializing in the design of bespoke workspaces , was chosen to create Swile's new offices. The team opted for its " Morning Sentier " space, located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, an ideal location for Parisian swilers.

Morning Sentier is a 2,000 m² building spread over 4 floors . It is equipped with 15 meeting rooms , a relaxation and games room, hybrid and multifunctional spaces, telephone booths and furnished offices . With only a third of the Swile team based in Paris, the brand needed a working environment that favored remote working to communicate with the rest of the team based in Montpellier and in full remote.

Vegetation needs

To meet Swile's needs, the offices had to be greened taking into account several elements, including:
- A tailor-made decoration in accordance with the values ​​and the image of Swile
- Flexible spaces , with furniture, objects and plants that can be easily moved to adapt the space to the needs (even the pots of the plants are on wheels)
- Open-plan spaces favoring exchanges and teamwork

The greening of the offices has made it possible to gain in luminosity , to create a cheerful and warm atmosphere, and to release the energy and potential of the Swile team. The benefits are multiple: boosted productivity , an optimized work environment , a pleasant atmosphere and a team happy to go to the office every morning.
