By defending the cause of a local approach, the establishment stands out for its committed, unusual and daring side on a human scale . His natural cuisine is as authentic as it is tasty !
L' Abattoir Végéta l is one of those founders who are restoring the image of Paris. Its partners arise from a Paris in full bloom which , by working in an artisanal way on their quality , advocates the true value of the products. Chef Gloria Kabe guarantees her culinary preparations and cold-pressed juices. These are gluten-free, 100% organic and without additives , whether it's dishes or smoothies, and unpasteurized.

As its name suggests, its catering service is combined with catering in the Tricycle Store . You will be delivered on reservation of vegan dishes , from the cuisine of the world , mainly Jamaican and American. In the dining room you are immersed in a cozy atmosphere, which invites you to travel in the “ Fast and Good Food” culture . As for the Food Bike , mobile and ecological as desired , the Tricycle is the innovator in the capital.
The bucolic setting is also on the menu at Jah Jah , its no less famous little brother, which offers cuisine inspired by the Rastafari movement. For its part, it is the bowls , the new culinary craze, which are up to date... whether their content is raw , cold or hot .
